Services
Nine ways
to work together
Nine services. Each one is booked on its own; design and planning are online, and execution is handled by certified local partners.
The Sketch
100% online consultancy, in a single session.
We work through your project in a single remote session and I hand you everything you need to move forward on your own, at your pace.
Deliverable
- ✦A written summary of the session, with links to buy each piece.
On Paper
Guidance for an off-plan home, in two stages.
I guide you from the plans of a brand-new unit — layout and key decisions now; renders, furniture and joinery about ten months before the keys.
Deliverable
- ✦A finished floor plan and the drawings for your builder — plus renders before the keys.
On Paper · Stage One
The first half of On Paper, on its own.
Layout, key decisions and drawings for your builder, while the unit is still on paper — plus the early purchases.
Deliverable
- ✦A finished floor plan and the drawings for your builder.
On Paper · Stage Two
The second half of On Paper, on its own.
About ten months before the keys: renders, furniture and joinery — also for plans someone else started.
Deliverable
- ✦Renders, furniture and joinery, before the keys.
Ready to Build
A complete project in plans, ready to build.
A full interior project delivered ready to build: drawings, renders, supplier list and a bill of quantities. You, or your team, build it.
Deliverable
- ✦The complete project — drawings, renders, suppliers and a bill of quantities.
The Full Project
Turnkey interiors — design and build.
Everything in Ready to Build, plus execution of the work with the local team. Residential or commercial — you never need to understand construction.
Deliverable
- ✦The complete project and the work supervised from start to finish.
The Staging
The final look & feel of a finished space.
When the space is already built, we define its final character: furniture, materials, lighting and styling, down to the last detail.
Deliverable
- ✦Selection, purchase and placement of furniture, materials, lighting and styling.
From the Ground Up
Complete interior design and new-build supervision.
Complete interior design and supervision of new construction, coordinated with your architect and builder so everything arrives at destination.
Deliverable
- ✦Full design and site supervision, coordinated with your team.
Renders
See your space before you choose.
Renders added to any service: style boards, the real pieces, then final renders with your materials and colours.
Deliverable
- ✦Final renders of your space, with its real materials and colours.
