Our vision was clear from the start: a warm home with a clean line, good to host in and to live in — and above all, functional. You turned that vision into reality. You guided us step by step: three lockdowns, suppliers in quarantine, a global steel shortage, the Suez canal blocked. With endless patience you made sure every detail was exact and in its place.

We had committed to handing the contractor the construction, demolition and electrical plans within two weeks. We don't know what we would have done without you. After two hard years the result came out simply perfect: plenty of storage, a bedroom that feels like a hotel, a living room in a clean line. Every area of the house was thought through, practically and in its design.

Yael was right beside us through the whole process. Sometimes I sit at home, look around and can't believe this is my house. When we wanted things that were too expensive or not practical she brought us back to earth and found excellent alternatives. And most important — she led the tradespeople, was assertive and gave no free passes.

We followed Yael's work on social media for years and knew that the moment we bought our first apartment we would want it designed by her. The meetings were warm, focused, full of options. We have been in the house a year now and we are still astonished that it is ours — moved every time we walk through the door.

I first met Yael as her service provider, and the role reversal was a clear success. A small space — a big challenge. The challenge was to fit high standards inside the budget, and whatever surprise I dropped on her, she had an answer straight away. When people compliment me on the clinic, I always brag that I picked the designer myself.

Yael listened to our needs and our wishes, and was always available to answer questions. She offered design solutions that were creative and functional, and insisted on thorough work. The final result was stunning — our house became our dream house.

Our process was a bit different — we did not really know what we wanted. In the end it was not a standard process: eighty per cent our own work and twenty per cent Yael's fine tuning across four meetings. Alongside that she was available for every question. The final result is just like a dream. We are in love with our home.
