Eight luxury houses where each home belongs to something greater than itself, the three-storey ones opening to what makes this place unique: the sea view.

From analysis
to delivery
The soul of the project lies in its materials. We worked with an immense richness of textures — travertine, microcement, natural woods, stone — yet always held within a single tone. This is the discipline of true luxury: to vary the material without breaking the calm, to let the tropical light travel across different surfaces that, even so, breathe as one.
This project is in process right now; the images are design visualizations, and the home is taking shape, house by house, over the hills of Bophut.
