When the family bought their apartment, it existed only on paper — a developer's floor plan, a delivery date ten months out, and a lot of imagination required.
Two stages
We worked in two moves. First, while the building was still going up: the layout, the key decisions, the changes that had to happen before the walls were poured.
Then, closer to the keys: renders, furniture, joinery — the layer that turns a shell into a home.
The payoff
By the time the keys turned, nothing was left to chance. The family didn't move into a construction site. They moved into a finished idea.
