Directing a project from another country

People are surprised when I tell them I direct most projects from another country. Their first question is always the same: how?

The model

I design 100% online and execute through certified local partners in the country of each project. I hold the vision and every decision; they are my hands and eyes on the ground.

It sounds like a compromise. In practice, it's a discipline. Because nothing is assumed, everything is documented — plans, renders, a shared channel, a report at every stage. The client always knows exactly where things stand.

Why it works

Distance forces clarity. And clarity, it turns out, is what most projects are missing.
