I review your architect's plan, flag what won't work in practice, and set the visual direction.

I model the whole home in 3D and bring it to life in renders, with a round of changes on furniture, materials and colour.

Construction drawings

I produce or verify the technical drawings for the interior — everything but the exterior shell.

Materials & finishes

Once the renders are approved, a certified local partner walks you through sourcing tiles, sanitary ware and finishes.

Furniture & fit-out

A detailed, room-by-room list — with the same local partner by your side for the purchases.

Joinery drawings

I detail the custom joinery, take it to carpenters for quotes, and we meet the one you choose together.

Site supervision

A local partner visits on a weekly or biweekly plan; no stage moves forward without my sign-off, and you get a visual report after every visit.
