The studio
Design directed,
built wherever you live
I'm Yael Gitelman. I direct the design of every project 100% online and execute it through certified local partners — wherever you live. The guiding principle is always the client: each space adapts to the person who lives in it.

Nine ways
to work together
Not every space needs the same level of guidance. So you choose the involvement that suits you — from one focused consultation to full design and build, all the way to the keys.
The Sketch
Online design consultancy — a working session and a clear write-up, so you can move forward on your own.
02On Paper
Guidance for off-plan buyers, in two stages: plans and coordination now; renders and joinery before the keys.
02AOn Paper · Stage One
Layout, key decisions and drawings for your builder, while the unit is still on paper — plus the early purchases.
02BOn Paper · Stage Two
About ten months before the keys: renders, furniture and joinery — also for plans someone else started.
03Ready to Build
A complete interior project in plans — drawings, renders, supplier list and a bill of quantities, ready to build.
04The Full Project
Turnkey interiors — everything in Ready to Build, plus execution of the work with our local team.
05The Staging
Styling a finished space — concept, sourcing, purchase and placement of every piece.
06From the Ground Up
New-build homes from zero — remote construction direction with intensive local supervision.
07Renders
Renders added to any service: style boards, the real pieces, then final renders with your materials and colours.
Work
Spaces that
are already home
A selection of residential, commercial and community projects — design directed remotely, taking shape on site.
In their words
What clients say
Yael is professional and attentive; she adapted the home to my family with patience and a smile.
Working with Yael means taking a project from A to Z and resting easy that nothing is overlooked.
The click was immediate — we found the right one. A true fulfiller of dreams.
There are no words. Every client, employee and supplier who walks into the offices is left speechless — Yael made me sleep easy knowing the project was in her hands.
Giving Back
Samy'm Lev · Echpat
Because a home
is a basic thing
Together with volunteers and the Echpat association, we renovated a building for people who had found themselves on the street — giving back the feeling of home.
